Manukan Island is surrounded by a protected coral reef and together with the islands of Gaya, Sapi, Mamutik and Sulug and the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park it features more than 20 dive sites.

The reefs lie in shallow waters making it an ideal location for novice divers.
